About Me: My name is Rogers McInnis and I am the Lead Designer for NetsDesign.Net. We were created originally (as NetsDesign.Com, circa 1996) out of the desire to help make the Internet a better place, one site at a time. I started out doing websites for friends, along with my own personal ones, and soon discovered I like doing it so much that now it has turned into a full-time business.

If you were on the Internet back in the 1990's, you know what a vastly different "place" it is today. There was little of value, and information was, at best, loosely scattered throughout the internet, and individual websites were a microcosm of that as well. That was a source of frustration that led to great improvements, and a desire to present fluid and cohesive information in both arenas.

One of the biggest challenges we normally face with new clients is that of expectations. Most people, for one reason or another, make one or both of the following assumptions:

A) That As soon as my website is on the internet, people will find me, and I will experience  a boom in business, and;

B) That "web Design" means they will write my websites' pages for me.
